Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Socksat website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Al Rayat Al Jadeedah for E-Commerce, the registered trademark owner of Socksat, operating under the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Eligibility
To use the Platform you must be at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent), have legal capacity to enter contracts, and not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law.
Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, notify us of unauthorized access, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Products and Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify descriptions and pricing without prior notice. Product images are illustrative and may vary slightly from actual items.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are in the currency displayed at checkout. We accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for eligible zones. A handling fee may apply.
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards processed through a secure, PCI-compliant gateway.
- CliQ: Available for Jordanian bank account holders enrolled in the CliQ instant payment service.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraud or unauthorized payment.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order is not a binding contract until we confirm acceptance via email or SMS. We may refuse or cancel orders before dispatch (e.g., pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud). Any payment made will be refunded in full.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including the Socksat name, logo, trademark, designs, photography, text, and software — is the exclusive property of Al Rayat Al Jadeedah for E-Commerce, protected under Jordanian trademark and intellectual property law and applicable international treaties. Reproduction or use without written consent may result in legal action.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, commit fraud, submit false orders, impersonate others, tamper with Platform security, scrape data without permission, post harmful content, or commercially resell Socksat products without written authorization.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Jordanian law, Socksat shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amman, Jordan. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve issues amicably.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
