Order Processing Time
Orders are processed withinΒ 3 business days of payment confirmation (or order placement for COD). Orders on weekends or Jordanian public holidays process the next business day. You'll receive a dispatch notification when your order ships.
Shipping Destinations
We ship domestically within Jordan and internationally to most countries worldwide. Some destinations may be excluded due to carrier or regulatory restrictions. You'll be notified at checkout or shortly after ordering if we can't ship to your location.

Shipping Fees
Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method. Shipping fees are non-refundable except where Socksat is at fault. Free shipping promotions (when offered) apply automatically at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by the destination country. These are entirely the customer's responsibility. Socksat has no control over customs procedures and cannot estimate these charges. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Failed Delivery & Returned Shipments
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, absent recipient, or refusal to accept: the carrier will attempt redelivery or hold the package. If returned to us, re-shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. If you choose not to re-ship, a product-only refund is issued β original shipping fees are not refunded. Socksat is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
