Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 3 calendar days of your delivery date. Requests after this window will not be accepted.

Eligibility Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all tags and labels intact
  • Free from odors, stains, damage, or alteration
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Not eligible for return: worn, washed, or altered items; items without original packaging; final sale items; gift cards.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery though our email at info@socksat.me or via our official Instagram page.
  2. Provide your order number, item(s) to return/exchange, and reason
  3. Attach clear photos of the item and packaging
  4. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions

Do not ship items back without written authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, transit-damaged, or wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a full replacement at no cost or a full refund. Return shipping costs in these cases are covered by Socksat.

Exchange Process

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund. Exchanges ship after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Jordan: Communicated upon return approval. Socksat may waive delivery fee.
  • International: Customer bears return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Use a trackable method, we are not liable for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 7–14 business days to original card (bank timelines vary)
  • CliQ: 3–7 business days to the originating account
  • COD: Via bank transfer or store credit β€” provide bank details with your request

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours after the order is placed. Contact us immediately though our email at info@socksat.me or via our official Instagram page with your order number. Cancellation does not apply to orders paid by Credit/Debit Card.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. You may initiate a return after delivery per our Return Policy.

Cancellation by Socksat

We may cancel any order if: the product is out of stock or discontinued; a pricing error occurred; payment could not be verified or was flagged as fraudulent; the address is undeliverable; or the order violates our Terms. You will be notified and receive a full refund.
